Navyn Support

Help when you need it

Start with the steps below for common Outlook, purchase, subscription, and account questions.

Outlook connection or sync

  1. Confirm your device has a working internet connection.
  2. Return to Navyn and check whether Outlook is shown as connected.
  3. If the authorization expired or the account cannot be verified, disconnect Outlook and connect it again through Microsoft’s secure sign-in screen.
  4. Start sync again after the connection is restored. If you see a rate-limit message, please wait and retry later.

Disconnecting Outlook removes the connection but does not delete your Navyn account or previously derived records.

Restore Purchases

Use the Restore Purchases button on the Navyn paywall. Stay online while Navyn asks the App Store for eligible transactions and verifies your entitlement. Make sure to use the same Apple Account that made the purchase. Expired, revoked, conflicting, or unverifiable transactions will not enable Navyn Plus.

Manage a subscription

Manage or cancel Navyn subscriptions in your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting the Navyn app or deleting your Navyn account does not cancel an active Apple subscription or request a refund.

Delete your account and data

In Navyn, open Settings → Privacy, choose Delete my account and data, and confirm. Required Outlook credentials and ordinary owner-linked server records are deleted before Navyn-owned local preferences and the app session are cleared. Limited hashed App Store security records remain detached from the deleted account for transaction replay and reassignment protection, as described in the Privacy Policy.
